Terms of purchase

In force since 15 September 2026

These are the terms on which you use the site and buy from us. No fine print and no traps — only what actually concerns you as a buyer. The short version is right below; the full wording follows.

The short version
A subscription for a period, not a box You are buying a temporary licence for third-party software, for the term stated on the product card.
One key — one device Keys are bound to your hardware. Passing a key on to anyone else means a block without a refund.
You accept the ban risk Cheats break game rules. An account ban is never grounds for a refund — this is the core risk you take.
Refunds — for our fault Our mistake or a defect confirmed with the developer: we refund. Changed your mind, wrong product, unsuitable PC, features that differ from the description: we do not.
Requirements are read before paying Every product card lists supported systems and game versions. Checking them is on you.
NFA account: a replacement, not a refund The warranty runs 7 days, 24 hours or covers the first login only, as shown on the product, and a claim is accepted only with a video of the first login. A problem with the account is solved with a replacement; the money is returned only when there is nothing to replace it with.

1. General provisions

1.1This document is a public offer of the administration of the R1XON CHEATS project (hereafter — “we”, “the Administration”) addressed to any individual (hereafter — “you”, “the Buyer”) and governs the purchase of digital products on the site r1xon-cheats.com (hereafter — “the Site”).

1.2The project is run by a private individual and is not a registered company; the Administration acts on its own behalf. All obligations under this document are borne by the Administration.

1.3Placing an order, paying for it or registering an account means you have read these terms and accept them in full. If you do not accept them, stop using the Site.

1.4You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and act of your own will. We do not sell to minors.

1.5We may change these terms. The current version always lives at this address, with the “in force since” date at the top. Material changes are announced in our Telegram channel.

1.6The Site is also connected to a Telegram shop bot and a support bot; purchases made there are governed by the same rules.

2. What you are buying

2.1The product is a temporary licence to use third-party software for the term stated on the product card. It is not a physical item, not a perpetual licence and not a game account.

2.2We are a shop, not the developer. The software is written by third-party teams; we select, test, sell and support it. This matters for the refund rules in section 9.

2.3One key works on one device. A key is bound to your hardware on first activation. Moving it to another machine is possible only through support and is not guaranteed.

2.4The subscription term starts from activation of the key, unless the product card says otherwise. The key must be activated within 30 days of delivery: after that the developer may revoke or replace keys, and claims about a key not activated within this period are not accepted.

2.5We do not hand over source code and are not obliged to explain how a product works internally.

2.6A NFA account is a separate kind of product: a ready game account, not a licence for software. Clauses 2.1–2.5 and the update freeze do not apply to it; everything about how it is sold, warranted and replaced is in section 10.

3. Account and registration

3.1You can buy as a guest, with an email address only, or create an account. An account keeps your purchases and keys in one place.

3.2On registration with an email and password we send a 6-digit code to that address; the account is created only after the code is entered. This proves the address is yours and protects earlier purchases made with it.

3.3You are responsible for keeping your password and access to your email and Telegram safe. Actions taken through your account count as your own.

3.4Give a working email address. Keys and service messages are sent there, and an unreachable address is not grounds for a refund.

3.5We may block an account, a key or a subscription for a breach of these terms — in particular for the restrictions in section 6.

4. Price and payment

4.1Prices are shown on the product cards. The price of an order is fixed at the moment the payment is created.

4.2Payment goes through third-party providers: Paypalych (SBP), FreeKassa (SBP, Russian cards, cryptocurrency and other methods), Fride (international Mastercard), Lolzteam (forum balance), Platega (SBP, cryptocurrency) and 2328 (cryptocurrency). A provider may add its own fee, which is shown before payment.

4.3We never receive or store your card details. They are entered on the payment provider's side and are processed by it.

4.4An order is treated as paid once the provider confirms the payment. Until then the key is not issued.

4.5If money left your account but the order stayed unpaid, contact support with the payment details — we will trace the payment and either deliver the key or return the money.

5. Delivery of the key

5.1Delivery is automatic and immediate after the payment is confirmed. The key appears on the order page and is sent to the email you gave; if your Telegram is linked, it is duplicated to the bot.

5.2The obligation to deliver is considered fulfilled the moment the key is issued and shown to you, regardless of whether you activated it.

5.3If the email has not arrived, check the Spam folder first — that is where it usually is. The key also stays available on the order page.

5.4Should delivery fail for a technical reason, support reissues the key or returns the money in full.

5.5For an NFA account the same channels deliver a pair — an e-mail address and a password — instead of a key, and the obligation is fulfilled the moment that pair is issued and shown to you. Record your first login before you use it: without that recording a warranty claim is not considered (see section 10).

6. Usage restrictions

6.1The product is for your personal, non-commercial use. Passing on, selling, renting out, sharing or publishing a key or a loader is prohibited and leads to a block without a refund.

6.2Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, patching the software, writing your own loader for it or bypassing its protection is prohibited.

6.3Using our products to attack third-party services, for mass automated account farming for sale, or for anything illegal, is prohibited.

6.4Reselling our products under your own brand is only possible under a separate agreement with us.

6.5For NFA accounts we additionally prohibit changing the account password, linking your own mailbox to it, and passing the account on to anyone else. Each of these ends the warranty — see 10.6.

7. Buyer responsibilities

7.1Read the requirements before paying. Every product card lists the supported operating systems, game versions and limitations.

7.2Most products require the antivirus to be disabled or removed, and some require changes to system settings. By buying, you confirm you accept this.

7.3Follow the instruction supplied with the product. Most problems come from skipped steps in it.

7.4Do not stack third-party software on top of ours — cracks, “cleaners”, other people's spoofers. Problems caused by such combinations are not covered by our guarantees.

7.5Play carefully. Blatant cheating, rage settings and mass reports raise the ban risk, and that risk is yours.

8. What we guarantee

8.1Protection before the purchase. Product statuses sync with the developers automatically: as soon as a developer puts a product in for an update, buying it is closed.

8.2A freeze during updates. With most developers the subscription does not burn while the product is being updated: the downtime is added back onto the key. This depends on the specific product's developer and is not a universal rule — support will tell you how the freeze is counted for the product you are looking at.

8.3A replacement for a problem at the start. If the key does not activate or the loader does not launch, contact support within 24 hours of the key's first activation — or, if the key does not activate at all, within the 30 days allowed for activation (see 2.4). The activation time is taken from the developer's data. We investigate together with the developer and fix it, replace the key or find an alternative. Once this period has passed the product is considered accepted, and interruptions in its work fall under clause 11.3 rather than counting as a defect.

8.4Support around the clock. A support bot with ready-made fixes and a live operator; complex cases are escalated to the product's developer.

8.5The guarantees in this section are explained in plain language on the guarantees page. Where the wording differs, this document prevails.

8.6A warranty on NFA accounts — 7 days, 24 hours or the first login only, the term is shown on the product. It covers access to the account and what the chosen variant promises; the conditions, the exclusions and the replacement procedure are in section 10.

9. Refunds

9.1A digital product is delivered instantly, so once a key is issued it cannot be returned like a physical item. The cases below are our own commitments, which we honour regardless of that.

9.2We refund the money when the fault is ours:

  • the payment went through but the key was not issued and cannot be issued;
  • the wrong product or the wrong subscription term was delivered;
  • a defect confirmed together with the developer, for which there is no working replacement (features that differ from the description are not a defect — see 11.4);
  • a duplicate payment for the same order.

9.3Before a refund we may offer a fix, a key replacement or an alternative product of the same value. If none of that solves the problem, we return the money. For NFA accounts the money is returned only when a replacement cannot be issued — the procedure is in clause 10.8.

When we do not refund
  • A game account ban — including one caused by careless play, rage settings or reports.
  • Detection of the product by an anticheat, or the developer suspending it for any period.
  • The product's features differ from its description on the Site: a feature is missing, works differently or has been disabled by the developer (see 11.4).
  • Your system does not meet the requirements stated on the product card.
  • You bought the wrong product, the wrong term or the wrong game by mistake.
  • “I changed my mind” — whether or not the key has been activated.
  • Problems caused by third-party software: cracks, “cleaners”, someone else's spoofer on top of ours.
  • You refuse the diagnostics support needs to establish the cause.
  • The key was passed to someone else or published (see 6.1).
  • An NFA account blocked by the game — including a block for cheats used on it.
  • An NFA account whose password was changed or whose mailbox was relinked by the buyer.
  • A claim about an account with no video recording of the first login (see 10.4).
  • An account passed on to anyone else.
  • A problem with an NFA account that is settled by a replacement account (see 10.8).
  • A gift account received under the 2+1 promo (see 10.11).

9.4To request a refund, write to support with the order number and a description of the problem. We reply within 24 hours and settle the matter within 10 working days of establishing the cause.

9.5Refunds are made to the same payment method used to pay. The provider's fee is non-refundable, as it is not received by us.

9.6Beyond the cases in 9.2 we may grant compensation — a term extension, a replacement or a partial refund — at our discretion, as a goodwill gesture rather than an obligation.

9.7Payment disputes. Delivery of a key is confirmed by our log: the order number, the time of delivery, the email address the key was sent to and the developer's activation data. If after delivery you dispute the payment with your bank or payment provider without contacting support first, the key may be blocked and further purchases may be refused. To settle the dispute we pass the provider the details of the order and its delivery.

10. NFA accounts

10.1An NFA account (Not Full Access) is a ready game account handed over without the mailbox it was registered on. You receive the e-mail address and the account password; access to the mailbox itself is held by neither you nor us, and the registration data cannot be changed.

10.2Every variant is a group of accounts, and the product includes only what the variant's name and description promise: the level or the range of levels, and in-game cash (Koen), a stash, skins or bonds where the variant promises them, within the stated limits. Anything the variant does not promise comes on top, differs from account to account within the group, is not included in the price and is not grounds for a claim — an unpromised stash can turn up empty or worth millions. Figures in a product description given as a range or as “random” show what occurs in the group and are not a promise about a particular account.

10.3The warranty term is shown on the product: 7 days or 24 hours from delivery, or the first login only. A 24-hour warranty applies to accounts the previous owner logged into recently; they are sold for less. A first-login warranty applies to accounts the previous owner still plays on: we answer only for the issued details working and the account matching the variant at the first login, and losing access after that is not a warranty case. Within the warranty term we replace the account if:

  • it does not accept the e-mail and password we issued;
  • access is lost because the password was changed by someone other than you — in particular when the previous owner reclaimed the account;
  • the account does not match what the variant you paid for promises (see 10.2).

10.4A claim is only considered with a continuous video recording of the first login. The recording starts before the issued details are entered and shows the login and the state of the profile — level and cash. Without it the state of the account at the moment of delivery cannot be established: cash is spent in a minute. This requirement is stated on the order page, in the delivery email and in the bot message — before you log in.

10.5Write to support within the same warranty term. After it the warranty ends and claims are not accepted.

10.6The warranty ends early if:

  • you changed the account password or linked your own mailbox to it — the account is then logged out everywhere and cannot be recovered by anyone;
  • third-party software was used on the account: cheats, macros or anything else against the game rules;
  • the account was passed on, sold or shared with anyone else.

10.7A block by the game is not a warranty case and is not grounds for a refund, whatever it was issued for. Buying a cheat from us and using it on the account bought from us does not change this: the ban risk stays with you under clause 11.1.

10.8A warranty case is closed by a replacement: we issue another account from the same group, that is, one that meets what the paid variant promises — what it has on top of that may differ from the replaced one. If that group is out of stock, we may issue an account from a group that is at least as good, at no extra cost. The previous details stop working; continuing to use the replaced account is not allowed. The money is returned only when there is nothing to replace the account with: if no replacement is issued within 48 hours of your request, you may ask for a refund.

10.9In-game purchases, top-ups and anything else you invest into the account are not compensated and do not carry over to a replacement.

10.10Abuse of the warranty. Repeat claims without a recording of the first login, attempts to get a replacement while keeping the previous account, and disputing the payment with the provider after delivery or replacement are grounds to refuse warranty service and any further sales.

10.11The 2+1 promo. A buyer who pays for two accounts marked “2+1” in one order or in two orders within 60 minutes receives a third account as a gift. The gift is picked at random from the accounts we set aside for the promo and is delivered the same way as the purchase. A gift account is not covered by the warranty, cannot be exchanged for money and is not part of any refund; if one of the two paid accounts is refunded, the refund is reduced by the storefront price of the gift. We may change or end the promo at any time; gifts already issued are not affected.

11. Risks and disclaimer

11.1Using our products breaks the rules of the games they are made for. The possible consequences — a game account block, loss of in-game property, restriction of access to a game service — are the risk you knowingly take.

11.2The products and the Site are provided “as is”. We do not promise that a product will work without interruption, will stay undetected, or will remain compatible with future game or system updates.

11.3Any software of this kind may stop working at any moment — after a game update, an anticheat update or a decision by its developer. This is the nature of the product, not a defect.

11.4A product's features may not match its description on the Site. Feature descriptions are based on the developers' materials and are for reference only. Developers add, change, disable and remove features in updates without consulting us, so a described feature may turn out to be missing, work differently or be temporarily unavailable. Such a difference is not a defect of the product, and it is not grounds for a refund.

11.5We are not the owners of the games and are not affiliated with their publishers. All trademarks belong to their holders and are used for identification only.

12. Limitation of liability

12.1We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from use of or inability to use the products, including game account bans and loss of in-game property.

12.2Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

12.3We are not liable for failures of third parties: payment providers, Telegram, email providers, or the software developers themselves.

13. Final provisions

13.1How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

13.2We try to settle every dispute through support first. Escalate only if we could not agree.

13.3Where these terms are silent, the law of the Russian Federation applies.

13.4If any clause turns out to be invalid, the rest stay in force.

13.5The only official channel for questions on this document is the support bot @R1XONCHEATS_support_bot. Beware of impostors: we never write first asking for payment.

In force since 15 September 2026. Official channels are listed on the contacts page.
