Protection before you even buy
Statuses sync with the developers automatically. As soon as a developer puts a product in for an update, the purchase closes.
See live statusesSubscription freeze during updates
With most developers your subscription does not burn while a product is being updated: the downtime gets added back onto the key. Support can tell you exactly how the freeze works for a specific product.
Replacement for a day-one problem
Key will not activate or the loader will not start — message support within a day of activation, we take it up with the developer, and we sort it out: fix it, swap the key, or find a replacement.
Seven days on an NFA account
The account does not let you in, stops letting you in because the previous owner took it back, or its level and cash do not match the variant — we swap it for another one within seven days. One condition: record your first login, otherwise there is no way to tell what was on the account when we handed it over.
Account rulesLive support around the clock
The support bot answers instantly with ready-made fixes; a human operator usually joins within the hour, day or night. Complex cases get escalated to the product’s developer.
How a problem actually gets handled
- 01
You write to support
Your Telegram handle, the product name, what exactly is happening. A screenshot or a short clip speeds everything up.
- 02
We check our side
The order, the key issue log, the product’s current status and its update history — before asking you to reinstall anything.
- 03
The developer gets pulled in
If the problem is in the software itself, it goes straight to the developer: we have a direct line to every one of them.
- 04
We close it
Fix the setup, swap the key, or pick a replacement product. Disputed cases get a manual review — never a canned reply.
What the guarantee does not cover
- A ban for careless play — rage settings, reports for blatant cheating — is the player’s own responsibility.
- Your system not meeting the product’s requirements (listed on every product card before you buy).
- A purchase returned because the buyer simply changed their mind — activated key or not.
- Features that differ from the description on the site: developers change and disable features in updates, so one of those described may be missing.
- Problems caused by third-party software: cracks, “cleaners,” someone else’s spoofer stacked on top of our product.
- An NFA account blocked by the game — including a block for cheats used on it — or one whose password was changed by the buyer.
- A claim about an account without a video of the first login: cash is spent in a minute, and there is nothing left to check.
The legal wording for replacements and refunds lives in the terms of purchase — this page explains it in plain language and does not contradict it. Disputed cases always get a manual review, never a canned response.
