FAQ

We collected everything people ask before and after buying. If your question is not here, support answers around the clock.

Purchase and payment 4

You pick a product in the catalog, hit “Buy”, choose a subscription length and a payment method right on the site. The key arrives automatically right after payment — on the order page, by email, and in Telegram if it is linked to your account. The full walkthrough is on the “How to buy” page.

SBP (QR code), Russian and international cards, cryptocurrency, FunPay and Lolzteam. SBP and card payments carry 0% commission — you pay exactly the product price.

Yes: promo codes from the news channel, key giveaways and discounts for returning buyers. Enter the promo code in the checkout window — the “I have a promo code” link.

That is a rare payment-provider delay. Message support — we will check the payment and issue the key by hand.

Key and launch 4

An activation key, a loader and a detailed setup guide in Russian and English. All of it appears on the order page right after payment and is emailed to you — and if Telegram is linked to your account, the bot sends a copy too.

First, go through the guide again — 90% of issues come down to disabling the antivirus, windowed mode and running as administrator. If that does not help, 24/7 support will look into your case.

The key is tied to one PC (HWID). If you change hardware or reinstall Windows, message support — we will help reset the binding if the developer allows it.

If your account or hardware already has a ban on it — yes, a spoofer is mandatory, or the new account will go down right behind it. Every product card states whether a spoofer is included; standalone spoofers are in the catalog.

Statuses and updates 3

“Working” means the product is stable and the purchase is open. “Updating” means a game patch landed and the developer is updating the software, so the purchase is closed. “Risky” means the product works, but you should use it carefully. Statuses update automatically on the status page.

With most developers, no: the downtime freezes and gets added back onto your key. Support can give you the details for a specific product.

The update feed on the site — /updates — plus the updates channel on Telegram: updates and status changes land there in real time.

Security 3

Any third-party software carries risk. We reduce it: we sell only private products with a limited audience and close the purchase while a product is being updated. But the risk never fully disappears — play carefully, especially with aggressive settings.

The audience, and how much attention the anti-cheat pays it. Public cheats with thousands of users get detected in waves; private products last longer precisely because access to them is limited. Plus support, updates and guides.

Minimal: your Telegram ID, for key delivery and order history. We never see phone numbers or card details — payment happens on the payment provider’s side. More in the privacy policy.
