How to choose an account
The level decides what is open: at 30 the red zone and every mode are available at once, at 20+ most of them, below 20 you level up yourself.
The rest is what is on the profile — cash on the balance, skins in the inventory, a stash. Everything a variant promises is covered by the warranty; anything on top of that is luck.
If two accounts fit, take the cheaper one: they differ by content, not by quality. The warranty depends on when the previous owner last logged in — 7 days if long ago, 24 hours if recently, and those accounts cost less.
