Arcane Radar is a radar: it has no in-game menu. The loader runs on your PC while the map opens in a browser on a second device.

- Windows 10 or 11 (x64), builds 1909–25H2 (26H2 not supported)
- A second device for the radar (phone, tablet or a second PC)
System requirements
Preparation
Disable Windows protection — that's enough for most systems.
Remove third-party antivirus and anti-cheats Kaspersky, Avast, ESET and the like, plus FaceIT and Riot Vanguard, conflict with the loader. They must be uninstalled, not just paused.

Open Settings → Apps → Installed apps (or Control Panel → Programs and Features).

Uninstall any third-party antivirus (Kaspersky, Avast, AVG, ESET, 360, Malwarebytes, etc.). Pausing or disabling is not enough — the antivirus driver stays resident.

Uninstall the FaceIT AC and Riot Vanguard anti-cheats if present — they block third-party software at the kernel level.
- FaceIT is the CS2 anti-cheat, Vanguard is the Valorant one. If you don't play those games, they are safe to remove.
After removing an antivirus, restart the PC — some of its services only unload after a reboot.
Fully disable Windows Defender The #1 cause of "it won't launch". Disable it for real: manually first, then remove it from startup, reboot, and finish it off with Defender Control.

Step 1. Turn protection off by hand. Open Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Manage settings and switch every toggle off:
- Real-time protection — Off.
- Cloud-delivered protection — Off.
- Automatic sample submission — Off.
- Tamper Protection — Off. Turn this one off first, otherwise the others switch themselves back on.

Step 2. Disable reputation-based protection. In Windows Security → App & browser control → Reputation-based protection → Settings, turn everything off (SmartScreen, potentially-unwanted-app blocking).

Step 3. Remove Defender from startup. Open Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) → Startup apps tab, find Windows Security notification icon and click Disable.

Step 4. Restart your computer. This is mandatory — some Defender services only unload after a reboot.

Step 5. Finish with Defender Control. Download Defender Control (archive password: r1xon), run it as administrator and click Disable Windows Defender — the tile turns red.
- If your antivirus deletes the utility itself, protection is still active — go back to step 1. The file ships zipped on purpose so Defender can't wipe it before it's disabled.
Don't skip steps 3–4. "I turned the toggles off but it didn't help" almost always means Defender came back after restart because it was left in startup.

- Install AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition (PRO version is not supported)
- Install the latest video driver
- Enable the in-game overlay in settings
- In the performance tab, enable performance metrics display
Launch

Download the loader — download the Arcane loader / click (backup link)

Place the loader in a separate folder

Run the loader as administrator

Wait for the loader update, then run it again

Enter your key and press Enter (if Ctrl + V does not paste the key, right-click inside the cmd window)

Press Yes if you need to clean traces from previous bans

Press Yes if you need the HWID spoofer

After successful loading, the loader will close automatically

Launch the game

The radar page will open in the browser automatically. If you close it by accident, press Insert to open it again

If you want to share the link, copy the full link together with the session token

To unload the software, use End
Problems & fixes
If you have an AMD GPU and see an error like in the screenshot
First install the current Visual C++ x64. If that does not help, close every AMD/Radeon process in Task Manager, download Libs.rar, and replace the DLL files in `C:\Program Files\AMD\CNext\CNext`. Then restart AMD Software and make sure performance metrics display is enabled.
Error "Please make sure PIN is not set in Windows sign-in options and manually disable Hyper-V"
1. Completely remove the Windows sign-in PIN/password.
2. Temporarily disable VT-x / SVM in BIOS.
3. In Windows Features, turn off Hyper-V, Virtual Machine Platform, and Windows Hypervisor Platform, disable Memory Integrity, then run `bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off` in an administrator Command Prompt.
4. Restart the PC and enable hardware virtualization in BIOS again.
Error "Failed to map memory"
If the PC has less than 12 GB of RAM, it does not meet the requirement — contact the seller. If there is enough memory, disable every startup app and restart the PC. If the error remains, download Microsoft Autoruns, disable the `CurrentVersion\Run` entries on the Logon tab, and restart again.
The loader closed without errors
Install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable — download Visual C++ x64
The menu is in the game, but you cannot interact with it
Run the selected overlay as administrator and try launching again
Windows 10 error "Make sure all antiviruses are disabled"
Completely uninstall third-party antivirus software, disable Real-time protection and SmartScreen, then restart the PC. After rebooting, run R1XON Checker and resolve every remaining red security item.
Windows 11 error "Make sure all antiviruses are disabled"
Download the Turn_ON / Turn_OFF archive. Run Turn_ON, accept the registry changes and restart; then run Turn_OFF, accept the changes and restart once more. If the error remains, uninstall third-party antivirus software and verify that Real-time protection is actually disabled.
Other errors caused by the loader
Take a screenshot of the error and contact support on the website. If needed, prepare AnyDesk for remote diagnostics
You can see the menu, but it is not clickable
Run Steam without administrator rights. Disable every third-party overlay and keep only the single overlay required by the product — NVIDIA, AMD, or the one specified in preparation.
The menu disappears in game or visual functions do not work
If the game was patched recently, check the product status and wait for its update. If the product is online, verify the game files; if the issue repeats, perform a clean reinstall. If that does not help, attach a screenshot and the Checker report to a support request.
The menu is not clickable or does not open the first time
Run Steam without administrator rights. If the game uses EA App, disable the EA App overlay in its settings. Then restart the loader and the game.
AES instruction set is not supported
Your CPU does not support the AES instruction set, so this error cannot be fixed. Contact support to check refund options
Please enable Intel VT-X in the BIOS
Enter BIOS, find Intel Virtualization Technology or Intel VT-X, and enable it
Please enable AMD-V in BIOS
Enter BIOS, find AMD-V or SVM Mode, and enable it
Please disable Secure Boot in the BIOS
Enter BIOS and disable Secure Boot
Unsupported firmware
Convert the Windows disk to GPT using the built-in Windows mbr2gpt tool or another disk management utility
Secure Boot keys are incorrect and need to be enrolled
Enable Secure Boot in BIOS, save settings, and check it in PowerShell with `Confirm-SecureBootUEFI`. If the result is `True`, restart the PC, enter BIOS again, and disable Secure Boot
VMX/SVM is not supported
Open Control Panel → Programs → Turn Windows features on or off and uncheck Virtual Machine Platform and Hyper-V. If the error remains, run `bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off` in an administrator Command Prompt and restart the PC.
Incorrect HWID
Open an administrator Command Prompt and run `wmic diskdrive get Caption, SerialNumber` and `wmic baseboard get SerialNumber` one by one. If either command fails or returns no serial number, the WMI/system installation is broken — the developer recommends a clean official Windows build. If both commands work, send the key and an error screenshot to support for an HWID check.
More launch tips

Advanced setup — only if it still won’t launch
Use a VPN for download and activation CIS ISPs often block the activation servers. A VPN is needed while downloading the loader, activating the key and injecting — you can turn it off before joining a match.

Use a full VPN (an app that routes all traffic), not a browser proxy, VLESS or extension — half the support tickets come from exactly this.

Turn the VPN on before downloading the loader and activating the key. If something won't load, switch country (Europe or the US usually work).

After a successful inject you can turn the VPN off before the match to avoid extra ping.
A VPN fixes most endless-loading and "key won't activate" problems.
Update Visual C++ and DirectX Up-to-date runtimes keep the loader and overlay from crashing at start.
