Preparation

Remove third-party antivirus and anti-cheats Kaspersky, Avast, ESET and the like, plus FaceIT and Riot Vanguard, conflict with the loader. They must be uninstalled, not just paused.
  1. Open Settings → Apps → Installed apps (or Control Panel → Programs and Features).

  2. Uninstall any third-party antivirus (Kaspersky, Avast, AVG, ESET, 360, Malwarebytes, etc.). Pausing or disabling is not enough — the antivirus driver stays resident.

  3. Uninstall the FaceIT AC and Riot Vanguard anti-cheats if present — they block third-party software at the kernel level.

    • FaceIT is the CS2 anti-cheat, Vanguard is the Valorant one. If you don't play those games, they are safe to remove.

After removing an antivirus, restart the PC — some of its services only unload after a reboot.

Fully disable Windows Defender The #1 cause of "it won't launch". Disable it for real: manually first, then remove it from startup, reboot, and finish it off with Defender Control.
  1. Step 1. Turn protection off by hand. Open Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Manage settings and switch every toggle off:

    • Real-time protection — Off.
    • Cloud-delivered protection — Off.
    • Automatic sample submission — Off.
    • Tamper Protection — Off. Turn this one off first, otherwise the others switch themselves back on.
  2. Step 2. Disable reputation-based protection. In Windows Security → App & browser control → Reputation-based protection → Settings, turn everything off (SmartScreen, potentially-unwanted-app blocking).

  3. Step 3. Remove Defender from startup. Open Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) → Startup apps tab, find Windows Security notification icon and click Disable.

  4. Step 4. Restart your computer. This is mandatory — some Defender services only unload after a reboot.

  5. Step 5. Finish with Defender Control. Download Defender Control (archive password: r1xon), run it as administrator and click Disable Windows Defender — the tile turns red.

    • If your antivirus deletes the utility itself, protection is still active — go back to step 1. The file ships zipped on purpose so Defender can't wipe it before it's disabled.

Don't skip steps 3–4. "I turned the toggles off but it didn't help" almost always means Defender came back after restart because it was left in startup.

Disable Core Isolation Memory Integrity blocks the driver from loading. Takes a minute to switch off.
  1. Open Windows Security → Device security → Core isolation details.

  2. Turn off Memory Integrity and restart the PC.

Disable Secure Boot Secure Boot stops the loader from starting. Check the status first, then disable it in BIOS if needed.
  1. Check the status: press Win+R, type msinfo32, and in System Summary find Secure Boot State. If it reads Off or Unsupported — you're set, skip the rest.

  2. If it's On — enter BIOS/UEFI (tap Del, F2 or F10 while the PC boots — depends on the motherboard).

  3. Find Boot or Security → Secure Boot and set it to Disabled. Save (usually F10) and reboot.

    • If Secure Boot is greyed out, set a Supervisor Password under Security first — that unlocks the option. You can remove the password afterwards.
Enable virtualization (VT-x / SVM) The loader needs hardware CPU virtualization. Enabled in BIOS.
  1. Enter BIOS/UEFI and open Advanced → CPU Configuration (naming varies by board).

  2. Enable Intel Virtualization Technology (VT-x) on Intel, or SVM Mode on AMD. Save and reboot.

  1. Turn off Windows Defender real-time protection completely. Other antivirus software is better uninstalled — it blocks the loader

  2. Uninstall FaceIt AC, Riot Vanguard and ACE via Programs and Features — the software will not start with them installed

  3. Disable Core Isolation in Windows Security and Secure Boot in the BIOS

  4. Enable virtualization in the BIOS and Hyper-V in Windows features

  5. Close every game before starting the loader — the vendor explicitly forbids launching it while a game is running

Launch

  1. Download the loader from the link under this page title and run it as Administrator

  2. Paste your key into the Key field and press Continue — the first launch activates it

  3. Pick the product under Game and press Launch

  4. Wait for the Wait for the game process message and only then start the game

  5. The inject happens automatically. This product has no menu — Insert switches the chams mode

Problems & fixes

The loader does not start or closes immediately

Usually Windows Defender or a third-party antivirus. Turn real-time protection off completely and uninstall other antivirus software — they block the loader before it even starts.

FaceIt, Riot Vanguard or ACE is installed

Uninstall them via Programs and Features — these anti-cheats stop the software from starting. Exception: ACE does not need to be removed for ABI and Delta Force.

Reputation-based protection is enabled

Open Start, search for "Reputation-based protection" and disable every option in that window.

Core Isolation or Secure Boot is enabled

Disable Core Isolation in Windows Security and Secure Boot in the BIOS. The loader driver will not load otherwise.

Virtualization and Hyper-V are disabled

Enable virtualization in the BIOS and Hyper-V in Windows features — the vendor's software requires both.

ESP is drawn with an offset

Set 100% scaling in Windows display settings and use the same resolution in the game.

Inject problems or ESP lag in game

Switch the display mode to borderless fullscreen: "Borderless", "Windowed".

The loader cannot reach the servers

Run it with a VPN enabled — some CIS providers block the activation servers.

System time is wrong

Open Settings → Time and language → Clock synchronization and press "Sync now". With a wrong clock the key fails validation.

The loader was started with the game already running

Close the game completely and start the loader again. The vendor explicitly forbids launching the loader while a game is running.

The menu does not open on Insert

Make sure the game has reached its main menu — the inject happens there. Apex X-Ray, Hunt Chams, Rust Chams, ABI Chams and Delta Force Chams have no menu at all: everything works automatically.

System runtimes are outdated

Update Visual C++ download x64 and DirectX.

Advanced setup — only if it still won’t launch

Update Visual C++ and DirectX Up-to-date runtimes keep the loader and overlay from crashing at start.
  1. Install Visual C++ Redistributable x64 and restart the PC.

  2. Update DirectX if you haven't in a while.

Use a VPN for download and activation CIS ISPs often block the activation servers. A VPN is needed while downloading the loader, activating the key and injecting — you can turn it off before joining a match.
  1. Use a full VPN (an app that routes all traffic), not a browser proxy, VLESS or extension — half the support tickets come from exactly this.

  2. Turn the VPN on before downloading the loader and activating the key. If something won't load, switch country (Europe or the US usually work).

  3. After a successful inject you can turn the VPN off before the match to avoid extra ping.

A VPN fixes most endless-loading and "key won't activate" problems.

Sync Windows time A wrong system clock breaks key authorization against the license server.
  1. Open Settings → Time & language → Date & time, enable Set time automatically and click Sync now.

FAQ

Where is this product's menu?

There is no menu — that is by design. Everything turns on automatically after the inject and needs no configuration. The Insert key switches the chams mode.

Is a spoofer included?

Yes. A key for any of the vendor's products also unlocks its HWID spoofer, selectable in the same loader under Spoofer. If you use it together with the cheat, run the spoofer first.

How do I check the spoofer worked?

The loader's Device Information tab shows your system data. Take a screenshot before and after the spoof and compare.

Where do I get the key after payment?

The key arrives instantly after payment — it appears on the order page and lands in your email, and if Telegram is linked to your account, our bot sends a copy too. This guide opens from there as well.

Still stuck?

Run R1XON Checker first — it pinpoints most launch problems in 30 seconds. If it still fails, attach the checker report to your support ticket and we’ll sort it out fast.
