Step-by-step install and launch for Xernel Full. Disable Windows protection before the first run — it clears most problems.

Preparation
Disable Windows protection — that's enough for most systems.
Remove third-party antivirus and anti-cheats Kaspersky, Avast, ESET and the like, plus FaceIT and Riot Vanguard, conflict with the loader. They must be uninstalled, not just paused.

Open Settings → Apps → Installed apps (or Control Panel → Programs and Features).

Uninstall any third-party antivirus (Kaspersky, Avast, AVG, ESET, 360, Malwarebytes, etc.). Pausing or disabling is not enough — the antivirus driver stays resident.

Uninstall the FaceIT AC and Riot Vanguard anti-cheats if present — they block third-party software at the kernel level.
- FaceIT is the CS2 anti-cheat, Vanguard is the Valorant one. If you don't play those games, they are safe to remove.
After removing an antivirus, restart the PC — some of its services only unload after a reboot.
Fully disable Windows Defender The #1 cause of "it won't launch". Disable it for real: manually first, then remove it from startup, reboot, and finish it off with Defender Control.

Step 1. Turn protection off by hand. Open Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Manage settings and switch every toggle off:
- Real-time protection — Off.
- Cloud-delivered protection — Off.
- Automatic sample submission — Off.
- Tamper Protection — Off. Turn this one off first, otherwise the others switch themselves back on.

Step 2. Disable reputation-based protection. In Windows Security → App & browser control → Reputation-based protection → Settings, turn everything off (SmartScreen, potentially-unwanted-app blocking).

Step 3. Remove Defender from startup. Open Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) → Startup apps tab, find Windows Security notification icon and click Disable.

Step 4. Restart your computer. This is mandatory — some Defender services only unload after a reboot.

Step 5. Finish with Defender Control. Download Defender Control (archive password: r1xon), run it as administrator and click Disable Windows Defender — the tile turns red.
- If your antivirus deletes the utility itself, protection is still active — go back to step 1. The file ships zipped on purpose so Defender can't wipe it before it's disabled.
Don't skip steps 3–4. "I turned the toggles off but it didn't help" almost always means Defender came back after restart because it was left in startup.

Open the XERNEL Launcher download page — download the Xernel launcher

Enter your license key in the corresponding field and wait for license processing

Automatic download should start within a few seconds. If it does not start, click Manual Download

The downloaded file usually appears in `Downloads`. Move Launcher to a separate folder, for example `C:\XERNEL\`

To hide product traces, you can run Launcher from a USB drive with FAT32 file system

Make sure one game overlay is enabled:
- For NVIDIA graphics cards
- For AMD graphics cards

After completing all steps, restart the system. You can press `Win + R`, type `shutdown /r /t 0`, and press Enter

Run Launcher as administrator

Enter your license key and click Activate

In the main menu, select Arena Breakout: Infinite and click Launch

A launch log window will appear — this is normal. Wait for the authorization message

After authorization, a Load driver? window will appear

On the first launch after reboot, click YES

On subsequent launches before rebooting the PC, click NO

If you click YES every time, the product may stop working correctly. Reboot the PC and launch it correctly again

If you get driver load failed -1, remove Riot Vanguard, FaceIT, and other antivirus/anti-cheat software, then reboot the computer

After driver loading, the bypass selection window will appear

On first launch, prefer YES. If the safe bypass is stable, use it. If it causes BSODs, report it to support and use the stable bypass with NO

After the previous steps are completed, you should hear a sound signal. Launch the game, wait for the lobby, and press Delete to load the cheat menu
Problems & fixes
Launcher will not download
First check the product status and the Downloads folder. Clear the browser cache (`Ctrl + Shift + Delete`), disable the ad blocker, and try another browser. The official guide recommends retrying without a VPN; if the ISP blocks the download or it stalls, connect through a full VPN instead and change the server/VPN.
Invalid license key
Copy the complete key directly from the bot message with no spaces; do not type it manually because `1`, `l`, and `I` are easy to confuse. Check the key expiry. After reinstalling Windows or changing hardware, request an HWID reset; if the key is inactive, send the key and receipt to support for an expiry check.
Antivirus is still blocking
Completely remove third-party antivirus software and any FaceIT / Riot Vanguard leftovers, disable Defender, Tamper Protection, and SmartScreen, add the Launcher folder to exclusions, and remove security tools from startup. Restart the PC and run R1XON Checker again.
Driver does not load / Loading error
Run R1XON Checker and fix every red item. Remove anti-cheats and antivirus software, verify that `VulnerableDriverBlocklistEnable` is set to `0`, and restart. If the driver download itself is stuck, use a full VPN. Replace a modified Windows build with an official Windows installation.
driver load failed -1 error
Completely remove FaceIT, Riot Vanguard, and other anti-cheats, then disable antivirus and SmartScreen. Run the Checker; if it flags Secure Boot, disable it manually in BIOS/UEFI. Restart the PC after every change.
Game does not start after product launch
Restart the PC, run the Launcher as administrator, and wait for it to close normally or play the confirmation sound. Then start the game manually, wait for the lobby, and press Delete. Keep exactly one supported overlay enabled; if needed, use Borderless Windowed mode and verify the game files.
Pressed YES multiple times, now it does not work
Restart the PC. After rebooting, click YES only once on the driver-load prompt; choose NO on the following bypass prompt and use the stable method. If the issue remains, redownload the Launcher and run it from a local drive rather than a USB drive.
BSOD or instability after bypass selection
Restart the PC and run the Launcher from a local drive. Click YES once on the driver prompt and NO on the bypass prompt to use the stable method. Redownload the Launcher and recheck security with the Checker; if the BSOD remains, send the Checker report to support.
Black screen in game
Keep only one overlay enabled and use Borderless Windowed mode in game. Update the GPU driver and close OBS/Bandicam and other capture tools. Discord Overlay is no longer supported by the product: keep an NVIDIA or AMD overlay enabled.
Low FPS or lags
Close unnecessary programs and capture tools, keeping only the required overlay. Enable Windows Optimizations for windowed games, update the GPU driver, and check CPU/GPU temperatures. These are diagnostic recommendations; if performance remains low, attach load metrics to a support request.
Error when entering the license key in Launcher
Sync Windows time, copy the key from the bot with no spaces, and retry activation through a full VPN. If Windows was reinstalled or hardware changed, request an HWID reset. Save the exact error text and send it with the key to support.
Launcher freezes on authorization logs
Connect through a full VPN and change the server/VPN if necessary. If the Launcher simply closes after the logs with no error, that can be normal: restart and continue with Launcher → game → Delete. If the freeze repeats, redownload the Launcher.
The cheat stopped working or does not work on the account
Check the product status and news first: after a game patch, wait for a product update; subscription time is frozen during maintenance. If the product is online, redownload the Launcher, run the Checker, and try a full VPN. If the issue affects only one account, it may be a shadow ban; the Xernel guide says it usually clears in about 24 hours.
Advanced setup — only if it still won’t launch
Use a VPN for download and activation CIS ISPs often block the activation servers. A VPN is needed while downloading the loader, activating the key and injecting — you can turn it off before joining a match.

Use a full VPN (an app that routes all traffic), not a browser proxy, VLESS or extension — half the support tickets come from exactly this.

Turn the VPN on before downloading the loader and activating the key. If something won't load, switch country (Europe or the US usually work).

After a successful inject you can turn the VPN off before the match to avoid extra ping.
A VPN fixes most endless-loading and "key won't activate" problems.
Update Visual C++ and DirectX Up-to-date runtimes keep the loader and overlay from crashing at start.
